-
To business and marketing partners for advertising purposes. We use Shopify to support personalised advertising with third-party services based on your online activity across merchants and websites. Those partners process data under their own privacy notices. Depending on where you live, you may opt out here: https://dubey.it/pages/data-sharing-opt-out

When you direct us or consent to disclosure, for example to ship products to you or when you use social media widgets or login integrations.

In connection with a merger, sale or bankruptcy, to comply with legal obligations (including subpoenas and similar requests), to enforce our terms and policies, and to protect our rights, the Services and our users.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties located in countries other than where you live. We also use certain Shopify enhanced features that use data from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. For those purposes Shopify is responsible for the processing, including responding to your rights requests. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users) and the Shopify Privacy Portal (https://privacy.shopify.com/en).
7. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers listed in Section 11 of Part B. Your payment details are transmitted directly to those providers and are subject to their privacy notices. We receive only limited information needed to confirm and record your transaction, such as payment status, the last digits of your card and the payment method used.
8. Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy or security practices, or for the accuracy of their content. Information you share on public or semi-public venues, including social media platforms, may be viewable by others. Including a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Children's Data
The Services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We have no actual knowledge that we "sell" or "share" the personal information of individuals under 16.
10. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, but no system is perfectly secure and information sent to us may not be secure in transit. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information through unsecure channels.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (for example, Italian tax and accounting records are generally kept for ten years), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
-
Access the personal information we hold about you.
-
Delete personal information we hold about you.
-
Correct inaccurate personal information.
-
Data portability: receive a copy of your information and ask us to transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances.
-
Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You can do so here: https://dubey.it/pages/data-sharing-opt-out. If you visit our site with the Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat it as an opt-out request for that device and browser (and for your Shopify account, where we can link it). We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
-
Manage communication preferences. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in each email. We may still send non-promotional messages about your account or orders.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).
These rights are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances. To exercise them, use the controls on the Services or contact us using the details in Section 1. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorised agent, who must provide proof of authorisation. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we will respond within the time required by law.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). EEA authorities are listed at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members.
13. International Transfers
We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country where you live. Where data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent), unless the destination has been found to provide an adequate level of protection.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The revised version will be posted on this website with an updated "Last updated" date, and we will give notice where required by law.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your rights: call +39 32 8485 5344, email florenceleather@outlook.it, or write to Florence Leather di Salaria Kiran, Via di Terranuova 4B, no. 4, 52025 Montevarchi (AR), Italy.
PART B – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. General Provisions
1.1 Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all purchases made through dubey.it. The seller is Florence Leather di Salaria Kiran, Via di Terranuova 4B, no. 4, 52025 Montevarchi (AR), Italy, VAT No. 02240290516, email florenceleather@outlook.it, telephone +39 32 8485 5344 (the "Seller").
1.2 Acceptance. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. These documents are available in the "Terms and Policies" section of the website footer and can be saved or printed.
1.3 Who may buy. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
1.4 Consumers. If you are a consumer (a person buying for purposes outside their trade or profession), nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to you by law, including the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and equivalent EU rules.
1.5 Language. These Terms are provided in English. Where a translation is supplied, the English version prevails unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Purchasing Process
2.1 Product information. Each product page describes the main characteristics of the item, including materials, sizes, colour and care instructions. Our jackets are hand-dyed and crafted in Italy, so slight variations in colour, grain, shade and finish are natural features of genuine leather and not defects. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.
2.2 Prices. Prices are shown in euro (EUR), or in GBP or USD for customers in the United Kingdom and the United States, and include VAT where applicable. Prices for non-EU destinations may be exclusive of import duties and taxes (see Section 4.5). We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free worldwide unless stated otherwise at checkout.
2.3 How to order. To place an order you: (a) select the product and size and add it to your cart; (b) review your cart; (c) enter your contact, billing and delivery details; (d) choose a shipping method and payment method; (e) review the order summary and click the button to confirm and pay. You may correct input errors at any point before final confirmation by editing your cart or details.
2.4 Formation of the contract. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, in cases such as: the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to your address.
2.5 Availability and made-to-order items. Items are subject to availability. If a product is made or finished to order, we will indicate the expected production time on the product page or in your confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full, or offer a replacement if you prefer.
2.6 Order confirmation and invoice. The confirmation email contains your order number, a summary of the items, price, taxes, shipping costs and delivery details. Please check it and tell us promptly of any error. A tax invoice or receipt is issued in accordance with applicable law.
2.7 Cancelling before dispatch. You may ask us to cancel an order before it ships by emailing florenceleather@outlook.it. Once an order has shipped, the return procedure in Section 5 applies.
3. Payments
3.1 Accepted methods. Payment is accepted by the methods shown at checkout, which currently include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, MB WAY, MobilePay, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. Available methods may vary by country and may change over time.
3.2 When payment is taken. Payment is charged at the time you place your order. For buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna, the provider's own terms and credit checks apply, and the provider (not the Seller) is responsible for managing your repayments.
3.3 Currency. Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion fees or exchange rates.
3.4 Security. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details. We may use fraud-prevention checks, and may hold, refuse or cancel an order that fails them, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.
3.5 Failed or disputed payments. If a payment is declined, reversed or not completed, we may suspend or cancel the order. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
3.6 Taxes. For deliveries within the EU, VAT is included in the price at the rate applicable in the destination country as required by EU rules. Please see Section 4.5 for customs and duties on non-EU deliveries.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery area. We ship to the countries available in the website's country selector, including EU member states, the United Kingdom, the United States and other listed destinations.
4.2 Shipping cost. Standard shipping is free on all orders. If any surcharge applies (for example, for a remote address), it will be shown before you pay.
4.3 Processing and delivery times. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit times are: Italy 3-4 business days; rest of the EU 2-4 business days; UK 2-4 business days; USA and other countries 2-4 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being concluded, as required by Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code. If delivery will take longer, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
4.4 Tracking. When your order ships, we send an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
4.5 Customs, duties and taxes. For shipments outside the EU, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Unless the checkout states that duties are prepaid, these are the buyer's responsibility and are separate from the price and shipping paid to us. Please check local rules before ordering. Refusing a shipment because of such charges does not cancel your order; see Section 4.8.
4.6 Delivery address. You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Costs of re-shipment after an address error may be charged to you.
4.7 Inspection on receipt and transfer of risk. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. Please check the packaging and the goods on delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged or open, note it on the carrier's delivery document, or refuse the parcel where possible, and contact us within 48 hours, with photos, at florenceleather@outlook.it.
4.8 Undelivered or refused parcels. If delivery fails because the recipient is absent, the address is wrong or the parcel is refused, the carrier may return it to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost or cancel the order. In the case of cancellation, we may deduct return shipping costs and any customs or carrier charges we incurred from your refund, to the extent permitted by law.
4.9 Late or lost parcels. If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will, at your choice, send a replacement (where available) or refund you in full.
5. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
This section complements the Refund Policy published at https://dubey.it/policies/refund-policy.
5.1 Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers). If you are a consumer and the goods are delivered in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods or, for multiple goods delivered separately, the last item.
5.2 How to withdraw. To exercise the right, tell us clearly before the period ends by emailing florenceleather@outlook.it, or by using the model withdrawal form below. You may also use any other unambiguous statement. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (email).
Model withdrawal form: "To Florence Leather di Salaria Kiran, Via di Terranuova 4B, no. 4, 52025 Montevarchi (AR), Italy,florenceleather@outlook.it: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order number and item]; ordered on [date]; received on [date]; name of consumer; address of consumer; signature (only if on paper); date."
5.3 Our extended 30-day return policy. In addition to your statutory rights, we allow all customers, wherever they are located, to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
5.4 Condition of returned goods. Items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. You may handle and try the item as you would in a shop to establish its nature and fit, but you may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, such as wear, marks, scents, alterations or damage.
5.5 Return procedure. Contact us at florenceleather@outlook.it to start a return. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns should be sent to:Florence Leather di Salaria Kiran, Via di Terranuova 4B, no. 4, 52025 Montevarchi (AR), Italy. Items sent back without first contacting us may be delayed or not accepted, without prejudice to your statutory withdrawal rights. You must send the goods back without undue delay and, in the case of statutory withdrawal, no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing.
5.6 Return shipping costs. Where we provide a prepaid return label, we bear the cost. For statutory withdrawals not using our label, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
5.7 Refunds. After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, and in any case within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier). We refund the price paid and the standard delivery cost originally charged. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.
5.8 Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply, as set out in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and equivalent rules, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example, bespoke sizing or custom-made jackets), goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other cases listed by law. Our 30-day extended return does not apply to custom or personalised products, gift cards or goods returned worn, damaged or without tags. [Dubey to confirm whether sale items are excluded from the extended 30-day return; in any event, sale items remain subject to statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers.]
5.9 Exchanges. To obtain a different size or colour, return the original item under this section and place a new order for the item you want.
5.10 Defective, damaged or wrong items; legal guarantee. If an item is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us immediately with photos. As a consumer in the EU, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. You are entitled to repair or replacement at no cost, or, where those are impossible or disproportionate or not completed in time, a price reduction or refund. Defects appearing within one year of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery. You should report a lack of conformity within two months of discovering it. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse, or by failure to follow care instructions, are not covered. Where we cause an error (wrong or defective item), we pay all return costs.
5.11 Customers outside the EU/UK. Customers in other countries, including the United States, benefit from the 30-day return policy in Section 5.3 and from any mandatory consumer rights under local law.
6. Intellectual Property and Use of the Website
All content on dubey.it, including text, photographs, designs, logos and the Dubey name and monogram, belongs to the Seller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit it without our written permission. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Mandatory rights preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for defective products under product-liability rules, and your rights under consumer protection law, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
7.2 Limitation. Subject to Section 7.1, and to the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business or opportunity, that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the contract; (b) delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 7.4); (c) loss caused by incorrect information you provided; (d) damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow care instructions; or (e) the acts or omissions of third parties such as payment providers and websites we link to, although we remain responsible for carriers we engage for delivery as described in Section 4.7.
7.3 Cap. Subject to Section 7.1, and for customers who are not consumers, the Seller's total liability arising from an order will not exceed the price paid for the products in that order. For consumers, liability is limited to the foreseeable consequences of our breach, and nothing in this clause reduces any right you have under mandatory law.
7.4 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, war, government action, carrier or customs disruption, or failures of internet or payment systems. Where such an event lasts for a prolonged period, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund any amount paid for goods not delivered.
7.5 Website availability. We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as reasonably possible; leather is a natural material.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Please direct complaints to florenceleather@outlook.it, and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, EU consumers may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Information on ADR entities is available at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The Seller [is / is not] committed to participating in ADR procedures. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 Governing law. These Terms and any contract of sale are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which cannot be derogated from by agreement.
9.2 Courts. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile (if in the EU) have jurisdiction as required by mandatory law; in Italy, this is determined under Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code. For customers who are not consumers, and for consumers resident outside the EU where permitted, the courts of Arezzo, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction.
9.3 International Sales. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.
10. General
10.1 Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date you place your order applies to that order.
10.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
10.3 No waiver. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
10.4 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and your order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Seller regarding your purchase.
